Jonny Mears grew up in Farmington, and he built this pharmacy to feel like the town it serves. Farmington has grown a lot since then, but it's still a place where people wave to their neighbors and ask about your kids. We try to be that kind of pharmacy.

How do I transfer my prescriptions to Mears Pharmacy?
Call us or start on our transfer page. Give us your name and your current pharmacy's number, and we make the call. Most transfers are done the same day, and your copay almost never changes.
What are Mears Pharmacy's hours?
Monday–Friday 9 AM–7 PM and Saturday 9 AM–1 PM. We're closed Sunday.
Do you offer free prescription delivery in Farmington?
Yes, free local delivery through Heal Now. Ask at pickup or mention it when you transfer.
What is Dispill blister-card packaging?
A 7-day card with a sealed blister for every dose, sorted by morning, noon, evening, and bedtime. Our robot, Celia, fills it. You stop sorting pills.
Can I get a flu shot or other vaccine without an appointment?
Yes. Flu, COVID-19, shingles, Tdap, pneumonia, and more, any time we're open.
Can I drop off UPS or Amazon packages?
Yes. Hand us your UPS packages and Amazon returns at the counter. Bring a printed label; we can't take QR codes.
What insurance do you accept?
Most major plans, including SelectHealth, DMBA, PEHP, Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare Part D, and Utah Medicaid.
